The CSR rail · Programmable money for enterprises

A rule on every rupee. Before it’s spent.

PurposePay is the only CSR platform that operates the rails — verified e-RUPI to beneficiaries, milestone-based tranches, and Form CSR-2 generated from a live ledger. Corporate expense rides the same rule engine.

The problem

Indian CSR runs on faith, not rails.

Corporates wire ₹26,000 Cr a year into NGO bank accounts and hope it lands at the beneficiary. Discovery and tracking tools exist. Operating rails do not — until now.

₹26K Cr

mandatory CSR outlay annually. CFOs cannot prove fund end-use to the Board — only that money left the bank.

0/5

of India’s top CSR-tech players (CSRBox, SoulAce, TechCSR, Karmayog, CSR2life) operate the disbursement rails. They monitor; they don’t verify end-use.

38%

of corporate expense reports carry a policy violation that gets reimbursed anyway. The same rule engine fixes both.

One rule engine, two suites

Start with CSR. Add corporate spend on the same rails.

Most enterprises adopt PurposePay for the regulatory wedge — CSR fund verifiability — and expand into spend within six months. Same engine, same console, same audit trail.

Pillar I · Lead suite

CSR Stewardship

The only CSR platform that operates the rails. Verified beneficiary disbursement, milestone-based tranches, and Form CSR-2 generated as a byproduct of the ledger.

  • NGO discovery with CSR-1 verification
  • Aadhaar / e-Shram identity layer at allocation
  • e-RUPI direct-to-beneficiary, MCC-locked redemption
  • Form CSR-2 + Rule 8 audit, automated
  • Real-time impact dashboards for the Board

Pillar II · Cross-sell

Corporate Spend

Vouchers, cards and reimbursements on one rule book — deeper than voucher-only tools. Control happens at issuance and at swipe, not in a year-end audit.

  • e-RUPI vouchers locked to MCC and merchants
  • Real-time card auth with pre-swipe policy checks
  • OCR-driven reimbursement with GST & ITC tracking
  • SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho recon

How we stack up

The only CSR platform that operates the rails.

India’s CSR-tech category — CSRBox, SoulAce, TechCSR, Karmayog, CSR2life — solves discovery, project tracking, and impact reports. None of them touch the money. Funds still wire to NGO bank accounts and end-use stays unverified.

We’ll move NGO master data, beneficiary lists, project history, prior CSR-2 filings, employee policies, vendor masters, historical receipts and ledger postings — automated and validated.

FAQ

Common questions from CFOs and CSR heads.

How is PurposePay different from a CSR-tech tool like CSRBox or TechCSR?
Existing CSR platforms help you discover NGOs and track projects. None of them operate the disbursement rails — funds still wire to NGO bank accounts, end-use unverified. PurposePay puts a programmable rule on the rupee at the moment of allocation: e-RUPI direct to a verified beneficiary, MCC-locked at redemption, Form CSR-2 generated from the live ledger.
How is the Spend suite different from CotoPay, Happay or Zaggle?
Voucher-only tools (like CotoPay) issue MCC-locked e-RUPI but stop there. Card-only tools (Happay, Zaggle, Volopay, Kodo) react at swipe-time. PurposePay unifies vouchers, cards and reimbursement under one rule engine — and is the only platform whose CFO buyer can run their CSR mandate on the same console.
Do we need to switch banking or ERP partners?
No. PurposePay sits on top of your existing card-issuing bank, NPCI rails and ERP. We integrate with SAP, Oracle, Tally and Zoho out of the box.
How long does implementation take?
A typical pilot is live in 8 weeks — discovery (2 weeks), configuration (3 weeks), pilot go-live (3 weeks). Org-wide rollout follows in weeks 8–12.
Is beneficiary data stored on PurposePay?
No. We use Aadhaar Vault and e-Shram as the source of truth — PurposePay holds tokens and verification receipts only. We are DPDP Act compliant by design.
Can we run only the CSR or only the Spend suite?
Yes. The two suites share a policy engine but are independently licensed. Most enterprises start with CSR (where they have a regulatory mandate) and add Spend within 6 months.
